Need opinions

Just picked up a 07 e92 335i coupe. Its such a nice car and its quick.

So heres comes my problem. Should i sell me ls1 swap or whole car in general?

Info on my 240sx:
Had it for about 2 years, all work done by myself and with the help of friends. Did the ka-t thing, went to get it tuned at a shitty shop(which i didnt know till after i had taken it there) and motor ended up blowing. So got the idea to ls swap it, proceded forward with the swap. Took me about 1-2 months to prep and get it into the car and has been running for about 1-2 months but i cant get it into gear when the car is running, so its been sitting for that long. Taken the tranny off about 3 times now to check the clutch clearances, replace the slave, rebleed, etc. Hasnt changed anything. There are only other little things(hook up engine temp sensor, cut underside of hood so it will close all the way, etc) that need to be done if i can get into gear. It has been sitting at the shop for over 4 months now.
Now if i sold the swap or my 240sx, i could make my 335i fbo and drop it on some wheels but i wouldnt have my 240sx anymore. I cant really see myself getting rid of it because i've put so much work into it and probably wouldnt be able to get another one that is as clean.

What would you do?

240sx mods:
-ls1 swap
-dmax coils
-5 lug swap
-battles 17/18x9.5
-evo front bbk
-vlsd

For reference, heres my cars:

240sx

335i

If it's not driveable, then get rid of it. Like I told my younger brother before he bought his 08 Civic SI as a daily driver, once he gets a new car the s13 since needing work still, is game over. As I told him, the s13 sat for about 3-4 years before I took over the s13.

335i is nice, but feels very heavy. If it felt like the E46 M3, it'd be a winner in my book.

I'd cut the s13 loose and put the money into paying off the 335i. The beemer still was plenty of performance potential to unlock. Time to move on to grown man shit, homeboy.

It runs, just not driveable. Sounds so good though, even though im not a fan of v8's. It would be awesome to drive it.

335i is quicker than e46 m3's btw, didnt know if you knew that.

My payments on the 335i are pretty cheap and my interest rate is only 4.5% so i dont really care for paying it off early plus it helps me build my credit up. 335i's n54 motor already has a lot of aftermarket upgrades seeing how it has been out for the pas 5-6 years. First single turbo kit was released only a couple weeks ago that doubles the stock 335i's whp/wtq. I'm only 21 btw lol.

I knew that, if you re-read my post, I wasn't comparing the two monster machines in performance, I was comparing the way they drive.

a 335i is not quicker than an e46 m3 it has the same 0-60 time and the m3 is much faster through the turns

but you can easily chip a 335 to gain a good amount of power

Maybe tight turns but it catch it on big/long turns and on straights for sure. Depends on the track i guess but the e46 m3 can take turns better for now.

that's not what the lap times at the past bmwcca group run say.

Now a e46m3 will do it for 10 laps where a 335 will run out of oil pressure and brakes by lap 5 when driven hard.

Run out of oil pressure? Its possible but under certain conditions, know someone who is coming up with a fix though. I can agree with you on the brakes but i'll swap those out eventually.
