If anyone does its me, shits just a hobby, not my life like some people assume cause im at the track all the time. And like usual, I have no problem vocalizing what I think in public. Im not the only one that thinks that way. I hear it ALOT. People are just to scared to say it feels kinda shitty and they feel taken advantage of. They are scared of being singled out cause Drifting is there life. And we are FORCED to tandem with people we dont know. At the end of the night, its a big pile up of people that have never driven together. Its a big dice roll who is gonna spin when and have another 6 cars right behind them on a 30' wide track. Part of the reason I dont come out there and risk it that much. but the spectators love it!!!! |

like i said, this aint my life, lol. Im just saying, and i think you know what i mean about being sent with some random dudes that are all over. (of course those 55 series sucked and i was all over, BUT didnt ever spin!) I will say the plus side of Adams is there is no tire ware there. or almost none, so thats a big plus, especially for younger guys saving money on tires and just trying to get down drifting. LadyZ,- You need to realize that almost none of the Adams drivers can do a 3/4 gear course, lol. So getting drivers for 5th gear!!!! your gonna have to have the SD guys show, and all the better drivers from Naoki, 626/Side2Side/Rad/drift cloab, Cause it takes alot more tires and money for those speeds. no used tires there!, lol. Plus, your 5th gear is 3rd for my SOHC unless you give me a mile run-up, lmao! |

And I started the thread for some input. Because if you are trying to start up a venue, the best way to become successful is to ask the PEOPLE who will be DRIVING there. So keep the input coming. And stop going off topic! Adam's and Inland Drift are both fine places to drive. I remember the days when we were thankful to even have a place to drive legally. And nobody forces anyone to drive tandems. Drifting period is not a cheap sport. By involving yourself in the sport you take the risk of crashing. |

haha
i cant believe that people are so effin retarded, do you actually believe that perris is better then adams? its a big effin parking lot, no technical at all, if you can 180 in a parking lot, you can drift at perris, now adams requires actualy driving skill, and people just talk shit about it because THEY DONT HAVE THE SKILL TO HANDLE IT AKA YOU SUCK! now about a new track, if its technical and not a millon mile away ill drive there but im not driving to 29 palms for a parking lot, i can find that anywhere.

look JDH30292 ...inland drift is not just a drift track its also a DRIFT SCHOOL for beginners but the people that go there like drifting at a "BIG PARKING LOT" we can change the course layout anytime and the drivers like to drift at higher speeds and also find it challengeing to drift inches away from a K-rail but everbody has a rite to there own opinion and a rite to drift wherever they want so u dont need to be negative towards other tracks ... thank u come again !

If you go there and do big donuts, then yeah, your not getting it. try and put some actual lines together. And heres the part that will blow your mind....... You can change the lines part way through the day to continue to challenge yourself incase top of 2nd, scraping a K-rail isnt enough for you. you can also have to manji switch mack at high speed towards the K rail too. yeah, kinds like a mini Irwindale. but hey, you keep killin that low 2nd gear at Adams DK, lmao!!!! Mine too. LadiiZ, ....go drive Tandem before you talk about how people should be dealing with it. And new courses and tracks are definatly a big plus. If you can put one together, then thankyou from the entire drift community. we are putting our input on "5th" gear tracks in. |

alright alright ladies enough nonsense. Every venue out in socal has PLENTY of things for ppl to learn from. and as a driver ill try them all to progress and get better wether its a parking lot, kart track or streets of willow!
everyone really does need to be thankful that we have 2 close venues thats support us weekly. i hope we can move forward and not backwards from this point. -Riley |
