what is the spring rate on the wastegate actuator and how much picked up?

i cant part out the wastegate since someone will more than likely need it for the turbo.. i think the spring rate is at 14? i am not 100% sure it came off my buddies car and i never asked him. he took it off to go with a top mount set up.
