I sold something on ebay and sent the guy the item without ever receiving the money. Yes, I know it was stupid of me. I was shipping out a bunch of stuff and thought he had already paid me and went on ahead and shipped it. Now the money never came to me (money order) even though he claims to have sent it on 11/04. Is there anything I can do? I have his name and address...etc. Thanks guys
