How is stretching a 225/40 on an 18 x 10.5? Id really prefer to run it vs a 235 due to sidewall height similarities to the 215/40 im going to run on a 9.5.

thanks... im having a hard time deciding on tire sizes for my 9.5/10.5 setup. I was thinking a 215/40 and a 225/40 setup.

Yea im thinking 225/40 all around on my new setup... Here is a pic of it all balooned on the tires it came with.(245 fronts and 255 rears = fail) I just wanted to throw them of so I could see how much of a spacer I was gonna need for the fronts to sit flush with 225/40 on it. Im thinking a 15mm should do it just fine with a 225 in the front.
18 x 9.5 + 13 (245/40 current soon to be 225/40) 18 x 10.5 + 5 (255/40 soon to be 225/40)
