Interesting Transmission Symptom

I searched for several hours through several pages, threads and didn't find anything similair to what I have here.

Car: 1990 240sx w/ SR20 swap
Issue: Too much load in first gear and kills motor.

Car is basically stock other than upgraded turbo, hard pipes, MMIC, BOV, Exhaust, Intake.

So I pulled my tranny cause it got stuck in fifth gear. A shift fork broke. Got another tranny, did the bellhousing swap and put it all back together. After everything was installed, started the car, let her warm up then went to pull out of the driveway. Put her in first, let the clutch out yet it killed the motor. Started her again and same thing. Pulled the car back into the garage, broke her down and installed new clutch, pressure plate with new TOB, pivot ball, TOB sleeve, pilot bushing. Bleed the slave and master. Started her again, same thing. The only gear that drives fine is reverse. All other foward gears kill the motor. Im currently stumped. Going to call a transmission place in the morning but looking for other experiences similair to this and what you found out it was in the end. Thanks in advance.
