clunk noises

I have a s13 coupe. kyb shocks and tein lowering springs. sometimes when i turn or go over a bump i can hear a "clunking/knock" noise. kinda like somthing is out of place but i have no idea what. how do i know if my shocks are blown?

It could be lots of things, have you tried bouncing or shaking the car to try and duplicate the noise?
