Sounds like something is unloading when you shift some weight in the car. See if you can take a look while someone else opens the door or sits in it.

When my car started making "popping" noises, i checked out my arms weren't lubed, so i lubed the bushings & hardware and the popping stopped. maybe that could help you

WD-40 will make your parts rust... Use a silicone lubricant spray, white lithium grease, etc... Now that I think about it, it could be your coilover springs too. They tend to twist on their seat as the spring is compressed/uncompressed.

Hey guys.... lol sooooo im still getting the thud sound. So far i have jacked the car up removed both wheels sprayed everything with break cleaner, I let it dry sprayed everything with dry lube, cleaned the coilovers checked the springs checked the arms and all, everything looks clean and good, I have rear subframe collars not sure if maybe thats the cause, and also I DD this car and granny drive it. I shift gears at like 2500rpms or so and i feel as if the rear is lightly catching/thud(i have a nismo 2way) everytime i shift other than that the car drives smooth. i need help figuring this out! Im highly considering getting those parts shop max solid bushings what do you guys think?

No, looks like the previous owner cut the bushings and installed some blue aluminium collars kinda doesn't look right... bottom collars aren't even flush against the sub frame wondering now if that's partiality the problem

Yep, I'd be looking for replacement bushings for the subframe...
