D1GP coming to Anaheim
So as some or all of you may know D1 is coming to Anaheim May 2nd!
I thought you might like to see some of the cars that will be there and depending on if you've participated in any D1 Underground events, some of the cars you might have a chance to compete against! Nomuken: Kumakubo: Tanaka Yoshioka: Saito: Ueno: Imamura: |

Iwould like to drive the veent, but I read the rule book and some of those rules are just too weird.
Seems like everything that has fluid in the car needs a catch tank. How strict is all this?

i think the rulebook is really fair so far. Formula D rules are so stupid. Catch tanks sound like overkill but really just put the vent hose of the tranny and diff into a tank of some sort.

I don't really think there's anything wrong with the rulebook. As for the catch can, people seem to be complaining about it a lot. I don't see anything wrong with it.
Isn't the purpose of the oil catch tank, to take out more gunk than the oil filter itself? Won't it help the performance of the car? Or does it not really matter? |

Buy a 6pack of hieneken, or asaki if you wanna be JDM. Drink 6pack. move battery behind passenger seat. velcrow and ziptie 6pack onto battery tray with empty bottles in the empty spots. now run all your catch lines into the different bottles. easy effective cool looking multi purpose and money saving in these economic times. |

You know if you buy your tickets online, can you still use that $3 flyer coupon?
I like how they are using the computerized scoring to give a big chunk of the overall score. I still think judges bring in their own personal feeling when it comes to judging (favorites and what not). Deep down inside personal feelings will always play a factor. Like how i think Kobe Bryant is a real good player, and I say good things about him, but I still hate the guy. Well now there's a computer that can back up, help with the judging.
