Will Roegge and myself had the opportunity to go to Pikes Peak and film Rhys Millen compete in the 2009 PPIHC (Pikes Peak International Hill Climb). I was a second camera operator to this project as my main duty while at the race was filming a behind the scenes documentary of the race itself.

awesome video. Great compression. I had that full screen on my 1920 x 1200 26" monitor and it looked really nice. Most stuff looks like crap full screen.

love that this video is all about the car sound and rhy's breathing. fits the mood so well.

I was actually up there at the summit the day before. They were setting up the finish when I was there. You walk around for ten minutes and you start getting winded because of the altitude. Rhys's breathing should have been MUCH heavier at the top
