Wink Gallo's s13 build thread

I have had this s13 for a couple years now and has had many different transformations. this is my 8th s-chassis. but by far have learned the most with this one
first off i bought it bone stock its a 90' se hatch. had the single cam for a couple weeks then it died. threw in a black top sr. the body looked like shit for a while but ran strong.

-first mods
no name springs, welded diff 91' se wheels, kouki tails, black top sr, isis rocker arm stopper, isis blast pipes, high flow cat, cx front mount, h4 headlights w/ 6k hid, momo 330mm wheel w/ nrg quick release hub, sleepy eye mod, mizu radiator with dual electric fans, and no name boost controller , megan radiator hoses

drove the car like that for a while so my wallet could recover. hit up a couple events, made a license plate relocator myself from home depot stuff and worked on the body a bit.and got rid of the tint

got sparco 4 point harnesses, primmered the car, cut the front bumper on the pig nose pieces to get more airflow, shaved the antenna off, put a resonator, got isis exhaust manifold, elbow intake 180sx cluster
chilled for a bit

-got isis 36 way coils and yamato garage arms all around, front and rear strut bars
painted the car nighthawk black, replaced hatch shocks got an origin roof wing

then came d-max side markers and silvia winkers and more events

got a type x wing. took off to air force basic so the car stayed parked for a while. i bought another s13 while i was in wichita falls

came back got a spec 3+ clutch, fidanza flywheel, another tranny, aem true boost controller, isis front mount, isis intake manifold, e36 side markers, rz bov, i missed the sound of ssqv bov so i got a hks gen 4 bov, isis rear camber arms (which btw are way better than yamato) , got arp extended studs, enjuku steel braided brake lines all around, chuki side skirts, nismo rear valances, carbon rps13 center garnish, leds for e36 side markers, 17x9.75 xxr 527 chromium black with 215/40/17 tires all around

MVI_6224.mp4 video by Juan_Gallo | Photobucket

MVI_6228.mp4 video by Juan_Gallo | Photobucket

got a new job so car chilled for a while y. bought another s14
then i bought type x bumper from crimson rocket. fitment was good, with some uras positioning lights.picked up a 6 point cage from a good friend of mine, and finally got around to installing my sparco pro2000 seat with nagisa seat rails hit up more events

this happened on the morning of an event but still made it out of the hospital in time to slide

- got tired of the type x look so i parted out the kit and got a gp kit from shine auto, got a five lug and 300zx front brakes with polished calipers, z- to -s13 ss brake lines, seibon dv carbon hood, extreme demensions vented fenders( which i have not put on yet)
kept the xxr521 from the blue s14 and got some 18x9.5 mb battles w/ 215/35/18 tires tried to polish them but decided to paint them instead. dropped the car a bit. dropped the front a bit more

got some leds for rear license plates positioning lights and cluster

thats pretty much where i am at now. i been working on my s14. but i plan on finally installing my t28 turbo with apexi afc-2 and adjust the suspension setting
currently -3.0 camber in the front and -2.8 in the rear im thinking of going -3.5 front and -2.5 rear. im happy with how the car sits. i am working on projector retrofit to have hi/low beam hid functions. i am very happy with how the shine auto kit fits well worth the $$ and siebon hood fit great too. gotta give props to buddy's body shop for the paint and my close friends for helping out. hope this year to instal a hydro e-brake

If that purple s13.5 was your first s chassis thats crazy. I think my friend talked to you a few years ago when you were selling it. Had a seized turbo he didn't want to drive it that far back to Austin like that..haha really clean hatch man.
