Chrome finish

The wheels are in great condition, I'd say 8.5/10. With some elbow grease and polish these things could be looking brand new. No curb rash, all lips are in perfect condition. No bends, dings, gashes, etc.

$1600 Shipped (In the 48 States) and paypal'd, otherwise, $1500 local.

Why do 2 of the wheels have little holes around the center caps and the other 2 don't?
