So you're 17 yrs old so this will probably be your first car. Why get a POS 25 yr old car that will have more problems than anything else? Use the money and get something that wont fucking kill you and your wallet.

get a 350z man you can swoop one up for like 10k or less and you can use the extra money to spend on parts my bro.. with skylines there is too much hassle with registration and legality along with parts issues to find to be a first car.

I love those 350z skylines, R39.2 GSSTTXT

Triple electric turbo.

OP, for 6500$, you can have yourself a 554whp RB20 powered S13 on 32 psi of boost on E85. My E85 map is tuned all the way to 35psi aswell.
you can also swap to a "calmer" map @ 14 psi on Premium gas, probly mid 300's.
runs drives, starts every time .

Haha. But to me i think s13 are uglyyyyy. Unless they got some major exterior work they arent my thing. I love the sr20det's sounds so much, especially if its got a nice BOV. But every s14 are over expensive. If i can find one for a good deal ill take it. I love 350z's but idk if ill be able to find a nice one bagged or on coilovers. But its gunna be a loan. So i wont have extra money for parts

Youd be better off buying some busted ass shell and dropping an sr in on your own rather than buying something already built. I assure you, if you buy an s13 and put some work in on your own and learn about how things work and how theyre put together, youll love the way it looks, and probably get over this silly, "im really just concerned with BOV noises and agressive body kits" phase youre in right now at your young age.

Better be a loan from Mom. Auto finance companies will rarely loan you money for older cars. In 2008 I had a hell of a time finding a loan company for a $12k 2001 55k miles Ford Escape that was sitting on a dealer lot for years. Took the dealer 6 weeks to get a loan approved - and my credit was stellar. It was all due to the age of the vehicle.

if you are refering to my car as a half ass swaped S14, I assure you it's not.

it's a cleanly swapped S13. no half assed anything.

there is no way you can get a loan for a S13/14 dude.. no way. 95% of car loans have requirements that the car be no older than like 5 years, less than 75k miles etc. Good luck, just buy a bicycle and save up.

If you have a 13, why would you think that was directed towards you?

I was refering to any half assed project 14 in general. Especially since he said he doesnt want a 13

15k? Seems a little too much for a 240sx. Do you have pictures of it?

Perfect credit will not get you a loan on a car that is as old as a 240sx.

Banks have protocols regardless if your credit is 9000.

Vegeta.. what does the scouter say about this kid's parents credit score?
....IT'S OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have this exact same bank. They are awesome, love them.

But you should really read on the terms and agreements to their used car auto loans.

car can't be more than 7 years old, and can't have more than 70k miles 90% of the time.

And they will only finance for 125% of what the car is worth. They will not budge on that either.

There is absolutely no possible way you are going to get 15k loan from them for a 240sx.
No possible way I gaurantee it.

your outta luck.

Now stop looking at 240's. they are junk and over priced because of "JDM drift yo tax Scrape hella flush awesome Bee-R RB swap SR20 Black red blue green top RWD LSD Tire burning Drift Missile sticker bomb YOLO"
Get yourself something newer, safer, and reliable man. Look into used Genesis 2.0T or something if you want RWD turbo. That's what Imma do, Genesis 2.0T,
