It's probably been thought of 5,000 times before but who knows.. I was just contemplating the waste of efficiency that is known as a BOV, recirc'd or not, it's still making the turbo work harder to pressurize the pipes, right? What if we had something like this: (PIC)

so when its closed where does the air go thats still coming from the turbo?

Oh so it would be just as bad because the turbo wouldn't be able to spin... Dayum.
