ok this is probably a

question but i am going to do this in a week or so and i need a couple of things cleared up.

first, about the oil drain tube. did you use an oil drain line from a t25? when i looked up that nissan part number it was for a t25 turbo.
second, is about the restrictor. Where does it go?
and last is about the intake pipe. can i just use a 90 degree coupler?
and now i guess im gettin a new turbine outlet.

so much money already used up. thanks a lot for all your help.

it's the T28 turbo oil drain tube. it's longer and angled a bit differently. The restrictor goes between the oil-inlet on the turbo and the oil line. it will screw right into the turbo. as for the intake you can use whatever you want as long as it doesn't restrict flow.

i'm not sure which one it is. the ones i got were from FRsport.com "Earls Lines" and it came with it. check it out with them.

Most oil lines are -3. Plenty of flow, considering how small the restrictor is.

Good writeup and great followup. Lots of nub questions but they're getting answered quickly and not taking over this thread.

also with the drain line, i slotted the holes on my t25 drain fitting and it works just as well. takes a while tho! lol

slotting the t25 oil drain tube works too but i think you need a longer rubber hose and make sure to get a new oil drain tube gasket. cheap insurance against a leak.

Nice thread, I'm currently doing the same swap on my s13. Where could I buy the adapter plate you used? Also, how did it run pre-tune? I'm wondering because the tune shop is a 1.5 hour drive, and need to know it would run decent enough to make it. Thanx

i'm not sure of the brand adapter plates i used on the turbo. just take your time with driving there. it should be fine. dont boost.
