The aussie skyline forum has some good stuff. I believe nicoclub has a writeup for rb25. I can't imagine rb20 being that different.

Who Is this ? I'm just wanted to see what zilvia had to offer on this question. Nico club is pretty informative but no parts list or diagrams.

I think you can do it on the stock manifold with a spacer and a bit of grinding on one of the housings. The spacers I've seen also had a flange for an external gate too.

I made a spacer for the turbo I just need some parts and advice. I have the turbo/spacer/intake 2-1/2 v band clamp for the exhaust side. And all the gaskets what else do I need. Someone has to have done this and know exactly what I need. Do I need new injector/maf? New to the turbo scene sorry

Spool is gonna suck even with the 12cm2 turbine housing. You wont see any positive pressure till about 4k rpm. Look into rb25 turbos with upgraded steel turbine wheels and bb CHRA with a external gate setup.

Yep. That's not gonna work. You will at least need to get a rom tuned z32 ecu and maf. I'm sure you'll need bigger injectors. Lotta work for a turbo you wont spool very well.

The thing about holsets are, they're on big v8 diesels that rev to a max of 4500-5000rpm. I'm pretty sure they are boosting at idle but don't quote me on that. I did some work on a pipeliners truck and he had a stock ford 1ton with a programmer and that thing took off with a fully loaded flatbed haha.

I'm not knocking them by any means, in fact I plan to run one on my rb25, but you have quite a bit more to do and I think you would be better served by putting on a factory turbo and enjoying the car instead of letting it sit again.

Comes off a dodge they have v6s. Not v8s but yes it is a big turbo for the rb20 but of I get it done switching a turbo will be a lot easier then what I'm doing now. Levi make me a offer I just want my car done before summer.

OP I dont want to insult you but you need to really do some learning. Ecu's have a tune that are specific to the engine setup(injectors, turbo, exhaust fuel type, compression, cams etc) you need to figure out what your power goals are and find a setup(preferably one that works) with what want. I have an rb25 with an hx35 turbo and from the research I have done it will be laggy on a rb20. The fact that you are overlooking fueling upgrades indicates to me that you need to do some more research.

Im putting a hx35 on my rb25 and my mod list just keeps growing...

Your best option would be to do what im doing and buy the .70 A/R BEP exhaust housing for it which makes it Single scroll instead of twin scroll. That way you can buy a cheapo exhaust manifold rather than spending 1800$ on twin scroll. Im going with the CXRacing one. As for wastegate I am going with a XSpower 38mm but going to buy a tial spring same product if you ask me but with Tial you are paying for the name. As for fuel get yourself some FID 750cc high impedence side fide for the stock fuel rail. Circut sports has a decent Fuel pressure regulator for like 90$ with a gauge on FRsport or enjuki I believe. Then for fuel pump a single walbro 255 will do. Im having a brain fart after that because ive been on a parts buying spree lol.

Prayer is what you need to get it done on your own judging from the nature of the questions you are asking.

Would find a good shop in your area that specializes in nissan/rb tuning that knows their way around them.

You're asking to be fed with a slotted spoon....

Not trying to be a dick but this is so noobish given all the rb20's being tuned and documented out there in various ways. Thats the problem with people today. They want everything done cheap, easy with clear instruction and minimal effort.....

This is more informative then the negative ridicule I've been getting I simply asked for a parts list and some advice. Thank you sir
