Digital Cluster Help!!!!

Ok im new to silvia and I joinned because im having some issues with my car. I recently picked up a digital cluster for my single cam I got the correct one with the sohc tac. Ok so when i plug in the digital cluster everything works the speedo reads zero and the rpm gage and lights work for brake and doors open but when I turn my head lights on the speedo stops reading zero and the back lights for the cluster dont illuminate also if my car is off if I turn my head lights on the radio turns on. So i put my analog cluster on and everything seems to work fine if i turn the head lights on the radio dosent turn on and the cluster illuminates. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Well let's start off by saying your radio is hooked up completely wrong looks like you mixed up with your accessory and illumination wires. And the reason the digital cluster is shutting off is because you need to ground the illumination just like with the digital climate control. It's hard but with a little research a walk in the park. Jdm parts aren't made to work with a simmer switch.

The alarm might not be working because of a fuse so check that out as well. And I meant dimmer switch not simmer lol
