Picked up some stretch bands @ walmart yesterday. ordered some creatine last night... gettin a deep tissue massage tonight *benefits of mom having a day spa lol*. was gonna start yesterday but didnt have time.
The included excel spreadsheet is awesome, you can input your start date and it gives you a chart of which workout to do, keep track of your notes etc.

chin up bar/resistance bands chair yoga mat (not really) -edit- oh yeah and they say to have one of those little watch heart rate monitor things... but i don't think you really NEED it. just good to have so you can monitor your heart rate. and you need supplements and stuff.... but i just listed some of the basic things. |

who decided it was cool to do chinups in a doorway? from a handyman shitbox homeowner standpoint, relying on the door TRIM to hold your weight seems retarded.

^use resistance straps around a tree branch or something high lol, maybe jam it inbetween a door lol.
you can use the straps instead of dumb bells , and you dont need a push up bar, but it helps.. i have everything.. jus dunno where im gonna work out because of cramped space. might jus work outside lol

I have limited space in my home too plus im on the second floor so most of that aerobic stuff seem like that would make alot of noise if I did try it.
I still need to get some resistance bands or dumbbells for home too but I do have a little gym at my work that I would be able to do the workouts only thing is there is no chin up bar at the gym but there is a lat pull down machine maybe I can substitute that for the chin up bar maybe I have at my work. Only down fall for the gym I have at my work is that other people use it too and I don’t want them seeing me watching my laptop and doing the p90x workout haha |

i got my nephew one of these to help since he lives in an apartment and needs to train for h.s. football and i weigh 160as of now and it holds up really well! you can also use this to increase height when doing push ups and im sure there are many other excercises that can be accomplished with this
i think they sell them at savon, longs drugs, walgreens for cheap

If anyone wants to give this a try, but doesn't for one of the following reasons:
-no money -to intense of a workout -not enough time You can try 10 Minute Trainer. I got P90X last year, but never really did it cause I never had the time to do the full hour and it was way to intense, I threw up a bunch of times and ended up just losing interest. lol Anyways, 10 Minute Trainer is 3 10 minute workouts a day, 6 days a week and all you need is a workout rubber band thing. Anyways, after 1 month, I dropped 5 pounds, 2% body fat, gained 1 inch on my arms and lost 1 inch on my waist. It's a lot less intense, but still works. It's a great way to ease yourself into P90X.
