Power FC problems

Hey whats up I recently just got my 13 blacktop SR tuned and it everything on the dyne went great until leaving the shop and getting on the highway where it would start to sputter and misfire, pretty much go into limp mode I'd say. The more I drive it, the car would ultimately lose power and die. BUT when turn off the car and turn it back like reseting the ecu on it runs perfectly again for a little while then repeats the problem. Ran into the problem a week or so ago and ran a constant power to the fuel pump, and it fixed until this point. All grounds are good, connections, no leaks. Running a s15 t28, 550ccs, 256 pon cams, walbro 255, aftermarket regulator. Any input or suggestions would be appreciated, thank you!

Does it run better when its cold then starts to bog when it gets hot/up to temp?
If it does, the water temp corrections might be off in the PFC or the ECU sensor is going bad.

Did you mean the Water Temp Sensor may be going bad here?

Justin do you have a Wideband? or anyway to read 02? Or do you have a thermocoupler? (exhaust temp sensor or gauge). If you have any data from this I can give you some settings to try on the unit that should fix this.

Thank you
