Ok so wen I press the gas pedal the lawn mower sound comes up. I looked and I have a leak next to the muffler but I opened my hood and the sound comes from the engine bay towards the driver side. I brought to a muffler shop and asked him where he thinks that sound is coming from and he said I should change the exhaust manifold gasket. Do u guys think the lawn mower sound is because I need to change the header gasket? Lmk thanks

The sound go away after fixed it?

After about a week of driving it went away
