im deciding to buy an isis turbine outlet but its asking to add o2 senor to fit the skinny o2 or just buy without it for $15 less. How do i know if i have a fat o2 sensor or skinny ?

also its an s14 sr20det blacktop

Only s13 redtop uses the skinny o2 sensor.

Everything else is the 'fat' o2 sensor.
