Thunder Road Drift Day - 12/11/12 -Pics and Vids
TRDD is Thunder Road Drift Days at Thunder Road Raceway Park in Shreveport Louisiana (Outskirts in a town called Gilliam). We just recently convinced the track manager and owners to allow us to have drift days while they run Test and Tune for drag racing. We used their parking lot which is asphalt paved and is large enough for us to use. However this time, since it was the first time the track was open during management, they only gave us a 1/4 of the lot to use. This only allowed for 2nd gear drifts, and 3rd gear manji at the exit.
Every single person in these videos are new. This is either everyones first or second "Event" ever. Everyone is learning, and everyone progressed throughout the day. This is by no means professional, but Id just like to showcase what weve started here, from the ground up. We have hopes of continuing these days throughout the 2012 season with monthly events and even a points standing.
