I just started on my s13 finally picked one up in ok condition and i was just wondering how would i go about taking off the 5th gear rev limiter without taking out the speedo with it? any help would be greatly appreciated

I think you cancel it with ecu tune. I'm not positive. I'll double check

would swapping ecus work?

put in an auto ecu, works for the s14

i am assuming you bought a stock 240? If so, what is the point of taking out rev limiter? High speed chase or something? Even for sr20's, i was never really able to hit rev limiter (maybe because my speedo didnt work and the fact that i never ran anything more than 115 via gps) with a bit over 300hp. Its not how fast you can go, its how quick you can get fast.

If you are going anywhere past the top of 4th...wtf.
