Fuck coolant leaking again

Well i replaced my water pump and it still leaks.
i resealed the shit whre the thermostat goes in
and it still leaks


i found where its leaking from and its the bolt rite next to the thermostat

^ lol, you might want to see if the thermo housing is sitting flush where it mounts to the engine. Maybe theres a washer on that bolt or something? Also something MIGHT have warped, because im guessing you swapped thermos/water pump cause you overheated?

thermo housing hm..rtv make sure everything sits flush theres no point in slapping on a new part and the housings all eff up to where it dosent seal up at that point no matter what new part you put youll always have a leak!!

after installing a water pump u are supposed to pressure test it. if u found where it is leaking reseal it and don't just glob on the ATV please, not saying u did but there are proper ways to do things and if u don't do them problems can occur. Also u can slap a little ATV on the bolt if u want. Try it out shouldn't take more then 30 mins and report back

if you follow the FSM way of applying the PERMATEX ULTRA GREY you will not have any leaks, even with a slightly slightly warped front cover.

Its just a user install issue.
