So i msg'd connor already on this.

Anyone with an s14 able to replicate this exact set up? Tampa fab shops arent really on my good side and would rather have someone do the setup and ill i have to do is get it sent and welded on.

Anyone up to do this, pls msg me. Im rdy to get this done asap.

For you guys who paid to get their tube done. How much did it cost? I'm looking to get mine done and I got quoted $800 and $150 for the bash bar.

To me that price seems a little high. I would think $500-$700 depending on the complexity. If you have a S13 with the flip-ups it will mean more fab to make sure everything lines up and the headlights, motors, etc.. all have proper clearance. For $800 it better have new metal fender wells and tie back to the firewall.

That price is not high at all. I think that to be on the low side actually.
A regular FABRICATION shop rate goes around $100/hr give or take.

Something like Connors for instance isn't going to take a simple 8 hours.

I just painted mine yesterday. Its very light. It will probably get smushed this year.
Everything is easier because everything is square. There is a tube that runs across the front to mount everything to. It bolts on for easy engine removal.

I posted it in my build thread, but figured I could contribute in this thread since I got it done. It was modeled from Connor's setup. Slight modification to the tubes, having them angled a bit and having the radiator bar facing forward, rather than arched above. No tabs or brackets have been made yet. Waiting for a kit to fab them. All in all, I am overly pleased by the final product.

Everyone seems to hate it. I have a tubing bender. I work at a metal supply house.
I could of made the same tube front everyone else makes, but I wanted to make something different.
Who knows, maybe I'll change it again before I paint the rest of the car.

Here is one recently completed at a local shop. Pretty impressive for hand tools and 115v welder.
