Sr20det No fuel No start

Cranks, has spark. fuel injectors wont open
Would my turbo timer being unplugged from the timer box cause this?

I also got a 300 ohm reading from terminal 46 on the ecu to the red fuel injector wires, this seems incredibly high even though the wires aren't directly wired together they do share the same power sources so the ohm reading I feel should be lower

check fuel pressure. For every 9 out of 10 people who say "injectors arnt firing" its 0psi because of a fuel pump fuse or similar.

Fuel pump was definitely priming and injectors have pressure, it turned out to be ignition timing was literally a hair off. which is weird since the engine ran very well when it was pulled (by me, from my other car)
So I had kinda written off the timing as a potential issue. and since I had spark I made the assumption that it was a fueling issue and not a timing issue
