RB RB25 MAIN/RODS torque specs!!

IN NEED OF SERIOUS HELP!!! ive googled this a million times, i find different values everywhere i look, there used to be this nicco page but it gives out an error now (doesnt open).

What i need is the values for torque of the main and rod. Im using acl bearings (it did not come with these values in the manual)

I have found some values that also require some amount of degree (angle wrench) is it possible to convert this degree in lbs?

-------
[had this rb putting out 365whp on stock internals never opened it for 160k+ run, time for refresh before it breaks so that is why im here. PS RB's are awesome]

You go to the rated torque specs then go another 50* if thats what it calls for. You are going to need a angle wrench, don't just guess. Go buy the tools to rebuild your engine the right way, you will be happy you did.

Strange, they are down in all the normal places.

Just called a buddy, he reminded me all RBs use the same main cap torque specs.

Also are you using OEM hardware or ARP hardware?
