figuring out which hub to buy...

Alright, so i have one of the deep dish steering wheels from pink godzira and i was wondering, which would be best for me to buy? Works Bell slim hub for 150$ or works bell normal hub for 50$

I want it a little bit, like 1 inch max, closer than stock. I have no idea how much the steering wheel is deep, and i don't wanna buy a hub and be screwed with something too big. (will most likely buy a works bell quick release in the future)

Can anyone help?

Fuck nrg

I have and S13 with a Nardi Classico(very little dish, maybe 1/2 inch) on a Works Bell standard hub with an NRG tilt and I am very happy with it. I am not sure how much closer it is than stock but I have medium/large hands and I can just reach the column stalks comfortably.

If you get a QR you want the slim. But you will be reaching for the steering until then. My friend has a normal length hub with QR and my arms are at a 90 degree angle. it's pretty damn close. but then again... I'm short.

hmm, I used to have a normal QR on a normal hub and it was a similar position to what I have now, so I liked it. Maybe it matters that I am 5'10-11" and am sitting in a Bride Gias on a Type LR rail.

well see, my issue is i dont know what to do... I want it no more than 1.5 inches closer than stock but no further in either. I was thinking a standard works bell hub until i scrap together enough for a slim+qr from works bell but idk... don't wanna waste 50$ for nothing, uk?
