Wrong. Hey where are all the S14s? I know there are less of you but don't be intimidated by these roofers!

This thread is so dumb. We don't need a new picture thread for cars that don't have a sunroof. It's like having a "Show me you black interior!" thread. Pointless.

You people still don't get it. This is an appreciation thread. This is a thread for the select few who enjoy all of the benefits of hardtop s-chassis's. This thread is no different than Zenki's Unite or the kouki 180sx aero thread. If you aren't a fan of the hardtops than kindly exit this thread. I'm sure you have better things to do like fix that leaky roof or maybe tighten up the latch so it doesn't slam close when you hit a bump... LOL!

Driver side...
Passenger side... You can see the passenger side door panel is a power window door panel. I will do a writeup in a month or so when I rip my interior out (so I can provide good pictures)

Nice S15 steering wheel. I had one of those on my old vert. I also had those same floormats. Nice!

My car is a hardtop....I just don't think it's special enough to make a appreciation thread for it.

Except that Zenki threads and 180sx threads are for entire body styles, not simple options available for every model.
As far as the benefits of not having a sunroof, please state them. I'm 6 feet tall and have plenty of head room. Neither of mine have ever leaked, and if it did I have the know how to fix such a simple issue.

A hardtop is constant. It's condition will not change. Your sunroof will eventually give you a problem. It's the same reason why I prefer to have a manual window on my driver side. One less component to fail. As long as I have a left arm that is functional, it's fail proof.

This makes no sense. You must be speaking of roadsters.

i love my sunroof. and yes it does leak, but only if i park it and it rains. i just wipe all the water off and no leaking. its a fucking 1989 of course its gonna leak. sometimes giving friends rides home from work after rained, i would slam on the brakes and all the water poors out on there head its fucking hilarious.
and this thread sucks. im suprised there isnt a post your gas cap thread or some dumb shit |
