Bird Poop
I have this growing problem...
If I don't wash my cars everyday, bird poop (that gets on my cars daily) will bake on from the AZ sun in a matter of hours. Sometimes a regular wash doesn't even get most of it off. If I don't get it off immediately- it stains the paint. Anyone have tricks for getting crap off? Any tips or coatings that'll make it easier to get off? I was looking into this: http://www.amazon.com/Poop-Off-Bird-.../dp/B0002G7ZQE Anyone try it? Will it mar my clear coat? |

A random orbital buffer with some good rubbing compound and a nice pad will do the trick.

Yeah just get a DA and a cutting pad. I prefer the meguiars.
I would just hit all the spots every few washes. There's not much else you can do other than get it off ASAP. |

Bird bombing will destroy your clear coat. Find another parking spot, or car cover.... If you have a darker color vehicle; dark blue, black The acidic will deff stain easier on darker vehicles. Either way bird bombs will leave a stain on clear, only way of really fixing it is to paint and clear coat again. |

this would be alright if his area never has wind, if the car is outside and wind blows against the car cover, it will rub the paint off the corners of the car.
