s13 Things being temperamental

Hi all,
I just got a, new to me, 90's 240sx. It's in really excellent condition bone stock, but lately it's started acting strangely just recently.

The speedometer has started not working, or should i say, has become intermittent. One second it'll work and the next it will drop down to 0. Analog dash too btw.
I've also noticed the air has been doing the same thing. It too will just stop blowing cold air. I haven't checked to see if it needs filling, but thought I'd throw it out there.

I've tried searching, but I haven't seen anything on either topics. I'm also in the middle of having the car being shipped back out to me (hurray Air Force) and would like to get some ideas of what to look for when it gets here.
Thanks in advance.

As far as the speedometer goes, it could be your speedo cable.

Are you saying you haven't checked to see if the coolant needs to be filled?

No, I haven't checked to see if it needs to be recharged (the AC lines).
I've also noticed that the Odo and trip don't work either, so that is sounding like a speedo cable then isn't it?

It could very well be. But I just thought about it, and there isn't one.

But, there is a sensor on your transmission you should check.

Alright, I'll be sure to look into the sensor and it's harness. Thanks for the heads up.

Hey guys, I've got something else being tempormental.
My power door locks aren't wanting to, well, lock. I try to lock them from the outside, but when I do, the actuator will try and resist me and keep the door unlocked. I've also tried locking from the inside and the lock switch will just push itself back to the 'unlock' position.
Any ideas? Thanks

I can't lock it from the inside, the lock springs back open.
