You need a steering wheel and steering hub in either a Momo or Nardi bolt pattern.

To get the wheel to release you just pull on the paddle and the two pieces seperate.

PM me if you want a package deal for a wheel, hub, and release.

if your car already has a "personal" brand steering wheel is it safe to assume that it has the hub aswell or is there another way (without the hub) that you can bolt the wheel up?

You'll already have a hub then, the quick release would be all you need to buy to install it.
