i bought it like that.. idk why, i checked the wiring above the driver's side wheel and i used electric tape to tape them separately and taped it as a whole, still nothing..

checked the ground with multimeter, looks fine.. should i take the panels apart and look at the wiring again? seems like a bitch..

Aren't they supposed to be lit when you turn your headlights on?

yeah, but it stays on as if i was signaling for a turn, but it just stays on.. so at night i have to take the tail light bulb out so it doesnt stay on
