Back of chassis harness: Where does this wire go?

Does anyone know what the red and green and the green wires coming out of the back of the box, bout 20 AWG...? it is the only series of wires coming out of that side of the box that isn't connected by clips. the four clip-able wires go to the transmission. Mine is cut, any ideas as to where these go?

More details needed. Where is this, what size/color is the plug, etc?
