[HELP] Caster Rod vs Tension Rod

Short and sweet, since my research is saying they both connect to the front lower control arm.

Are caster rods and front tension rods the same thing?

I have to replace my front lower control arms and my caster rods.

Yes caster = tension rod. Use small questions thread next time.

Make sure the tension rod brackets(bolt to the core support) are not bent also.

And the core support isn't torn away from the body. It's only held on with about 8-10 spot welds on the S13.

Mine tore away after going to the track a few times. Lots of welds + aerospace structural rivets and it's holding tight, but it does have some fractures around some rivet holes due to the high stress.
