My powering steering belt keeps flying off my pump. Rb20 pumps are sort of unique, so I was looking for alternatives to the conventional belt driven pump.

I am curious as to how some of you guys set up an electric power steering pump (whether it's MR2 or some universal pump), or maybe converted to a manual rack. For those of you that have converted to a manual rack, I would like to know how much effort is required during drifting.

I've never heard of this problem before. maybe there is something wrong with your setup.

have you tried a differant belt and/or power steering pulley?

dis once on my rb20

i had the wrong bolt holding the pump to the bracket.

Baube, are you talking about the bolt on top? Also, how did it cause your belt to come off?
