KA24DE Exhaust Gas Temp Circuit Woes, halp!
Hey Everyone,
Vehicle: 1992 Nissan 240sx Engine: KA24DE Well, like a lot of people, i've been fixing my car and replacing parts little by little. -replaced all the vacuum lines I can find on the car -replaced the Knock Sensor (corrected a code the ecu was throwing) -replaced the fuel pump (corrected a code the ecu was throwing) -replaced the ECU -replaced the MAF -replaced the Fuel Filter -maintenance (spark plugs and oil change) and now after I cleared out the ECU, there's a new code it's throwing. It's throwing a 35. It states from my research that it's the Exhaust gas temperature circuit I don't have my pdf manual on me and my hardcopy is back at home. How do I trouble shoot a EGT Circuit?!?!?! |

Well, I am in California, and the car has all the emissions equipment, and it is a CA ECU because it is throwing the code, all the Federal ECU does is not include that code or read that specific code along with all the other CA-Specific codes.
