Turbo bleeding
Hey. I just got done installing my new EFR top mount turbo. I'm trying to prime the turbo but am not getting any oil to pump out of my feed. It's a 24" 4an line. I've been dry cranking the engine. How long/ how many tries should it take for oil to start coming through the feed?

for a motor thats been off for a while it will take anywhere between 3-5 cranks with each crank being 10-15 seconds long with 5-10 second breaks. you'll notice you have oil pressure when the oil pressure light is extinguished in the dash board

It will pump faster if the spark plugs are removed while dry (no fuel) cranking.
