Possible EGR issue? Please help

I just swapped in a new KA and got it started. It won't start unless I pump the gas or hold it wide open. I test drove it and it's extremely sluggish and doesn't get up and go like it should. I could smash the gas and it would crawl up in speed. The EGR was blocked off and I put my old EGR on there when I was doing the swap. Also the trans was getting hot it seemed like. I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be great.

I don't know the afr. I swapped the old fuel rail and injectors off my old motor and those worked fine. I had to do that cuz the ones that came with the motor I swapped in were leaking and vapor locking my motor. I'm frustrated lol

I agree with Ryanswartout about spark plugs not being plugged in correctly. I have mixed up cyl 3 and 4 and it ran like crap.

Also, might be MAF sensor not plugged in / malfunctioning. Any codes from the ECU?
