Best Tire Setup for 180sx Time Attack

I ve been doin a research on this but couldn't find something usefull. I building a 180sx time attack race car. thinking about goin 18x9.5 with +38 offset in the rear and 17x8 with + 38 offset for the front.

any recommendations that you guys have?

i wouldn't use anything bigger than 17x9 in the rear and 17x8 in the front.

offset has nothing to do w/ brake clearance

He's not talking about fender clearance, more like an issue of hitting the coilover. +38 is not the greatest offset for s-chassis cars. If you actually did research you would find most people run in the +20 range and lower. This should help. http://zilvia.net/f/chat/129865-whee...re-thread.html

Some Advan AD-07s on the widest size you can all around. I'd go 9j 20-25mm offset with some 255 40 17s.
