R32 RB20DET odd idle issue

Hopefully I can get some help with my R32! Car runs & drives fantastic. Except for this odd idle issue. It acts the exact opposite of how it should. On a cold start, it has a very low idle. But at operating temp & coming off throttle, it has a much higher idle around 1500 rpm. When warm, it was stay around that for a few seconds, then very slowly come down to around 1k rpm.
I haven't looked into the issue at all yet. Boost leak? AAC valve? Throttle position sensor? Just wanted to get some ideas before I start digging into it.
Thanks!

Definitely check for boost/vac leaks. Another thing to check is your coolant temp sensor
