... well i drive to work this morning, and i have the type of job that i work in the field, so i drove my car to the jobsite, and 3pm when i got off work... my car wouldn't start, i could smell cas then it was turning over, i checked every connection, fuse and relay i could find that would affect ignition, but i couldn't find ne thing wrong. Can ne one help?

So the car cranks but doesn't fire?

Are you getting spark on all 4 cylinders? Pull the plug wires and check for spark.

But how/y would the fire jus stop all of a sudden, it wasn't running ne different

well guys, never mind, donno wtf happened, but my buddy jus got in it and it cranked right up, donno.... thx ne way

When I first bought mine I had this problem for a while. It would randomly buck back and forth. and the engine died a few times. And then a couple of times I went to start it, and it would do this. Dunno wtf happend but I guess it fixed itself.

10 bucks says your tps sensor (throttle position sensor) is going bad. check the wires from it also, should be three. i've known a few people who have had it short out. if you still get spark and it won't turn over, it's definitely the sensor.

I'll check that out, thx. I'm also thinking it may be the ignition module, it jus happened again and everything is hot, the ignition module, the intake, the throttle body, everything. wost part is, i'm at a friends house and it's 2:30 in the morn and i jus wanna go home and go to sleep. :-\ but i'll check that.

well it's not any thing in the ignition, and i put a meter on the TPS and it works fine, so i'm thinkin it's the fuel pump. :-\ but supprisingly for the pump, the strainer, and the inline filter was only $150

ok all done, it was the fuel pump. now.... ne one kno why it might b stuttering? it's not b/c of the new fuel pump b4 u say ne thing, it's been doin it since i got the car a year and a half ago.
