so i restabed the car last night timed it and the car drives really good but my idle is still kind of bad

if i spin the screw counter clock wise the idle gets higher , but no matter how low i go (clockwise) the idle wont drop below 1200 and it will ussually surge to 800 then pop back up

idk , could it be bad , or clogged or sumthin

i have not taken it off , i did spray carb cleaner in there and in the smaller pipe coming from the cold pipe , also sucked in seafoam

and it helped for a good couple minutes now it sucks again

Have you tried adjusting the throttle stop itself?

what is throttle stop?

tps? if so no i havnt ,

There are adjustments where the throttle pulley hits an adjustable screw. Adjust those to make the TB close more and see what idle speed you get with that.
