My mom actually does the P90x, she kinda thought it was a joke at first too I believe, but she read the reviews and gave it a shot.
She said it's super killer and she has actually be getting more in tone. I may actually borrow some of the videos and try it out. My only work out right now is the door pull up bar whenever I walk past it, Dance Dance Revolution or my weekly airsoft day for 5-8 hours with 10-15 pounds of gear and add my new camel back which will add a couple more. I just want more endurance and a bit more tone. Not super buff lol. Like the outline of a 6 pack is ideal for me.

funny how so many people i know have gain so much weight from being in a relationship. i think it's because it gets boring and ends up there's nothing to do, but go out and eat. i have put on 30lbs over so many years.

im going into week 6. Im not fat but my buddy was doing it and i decided to join in. I havent really chnged my diet, just stopped eating late and shit food. I have lost about 15lbs and the workout is intense. I have come close to throwing up a few times and just keep on pushing.

I'm happy with the p90x program thus far, and seriously doubt I will grow to dislike it. Surely getting out and exercising is better, but the truth is people who are doing this workout are not the people that go to the gym, and not the people that run. Seems like from a body building and training point of view, this program will look foolish. But for the average couch potato, its plenty enough. Just my 2 cents. I don't know shit about fitness, but i know that this is a good program and getting me great results.

I blame the gf for my weight gain as well. I never used to go out and eat as much before I met her. When I met her I was around 140-145 lbs. Almost three years later and I'm at 175-180 lbs. Not cool.
I am down for this shin dig. HyperTek PM is coming your way.

I train pretty hard (Gym 10/week), but p90x literally destroyed me. It is hugely intense! I used it to supplement my training, but lost willpower since it was so hard!
I found the trainer annoying too If you guys can keep up motivation, it will make a huge difference to your fitness!

oh yeah, i'm ready!
Some quick beginning stats:
Neck - 13.5 (in.) Shoulder - 24.5 Bicep - 12 Chest - 36 Waist - 32 Hips - 36 Thigh - 20 Calf - 14 Weight 145lbs. don't know my body fat percentage, but another 10lbs should loose me the gut. So that said... my goal is 160lbs. ripped... damn 25lbs of muscle sounds unrealistic, but i rather aim high lol

I know the Air Force isn't notorious for being is shape or PTing hard, but I lift some lighter weights and run between 6-9 miles a week. I do not have a gut or anything like that, I would like to become a little stronger and get more definition. I may get into this in a few weeks.
