What exactly are u looking for like a how to guide? Not trying to be a dick or jam u up but if ur looking for those kind of answers online u should take it somewhere. But if u don't want to/cant afford it, it's pretty simple. Cut out affected area, make a patch panel using cut out piece or cardboard, and using metal of similar thickness, weld in new panel and coat, with either paint or rust preventative coating. If its more complex than a simple bend or sheet of metal, Find a good donor car and use the panels out of it. Third option is purchase panels (rocker and such) from the dealer, remove affected. Weld in new.
