Well I've added a fmic and I need help with some vacum just to double check if i got everything right.

This is for reference i found it at http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=305170.

Well i bought the car already swapped so it look like i'm missing the EAI control valve, the EAI control solenoid and the boost pressure solenoid because i did not have any of those lines running like that.

Now lets look at the first pic :roll:

Now is this right if i have the line from the wastegate go to the line beside throttle body. Is this how you hook up a BOV?

Is it alright if i plug this one up, my friends 180's is plugged up.

Now i think this is the reciculatory system i dont think i'll keep it because it will just add more vacum line headaches. Can i put my bov at this spot? If not what's the best way to cap it off?

Now for the finale!

Since i won't be using the recirculation valve i can just cap that hole off, what's the easiest way?

You need a boost controller.... You eliminated the thing that drives the wastegate... Your system is useless... no matter what you do....

What happened to all the stock stuff connected to the waste on the turbo?

1. hook up your charcoal canister line! thats letting fumes straight from your gas tank. and why are you hooking up 2 BOV's? you dont need that one from the sidemount if you have that greddy!

nah... charcoal canister is useless...

Most people remove the whole set up...

so let me get this straight, your running your boost gauge on your wastegate line, which is connected under the throttle body?

so your wastegate is seeing your manifold pressure.. if it was me i would get a nipple welded onto the compressor outlet so you have the shortest wastegate line possible.
connect the BOV to the line under the throttle body.

charcoal cannister you can eliminate

there isnt really a best way to cap off the old recirc hole, do whatever will work and not leak

I don't know if you fixed this yet, but here is how you NEED to do this.

There are 3 nipples on the throttle body. 2 on the top and 1 on the bottom.

- Cap off the bottom one, you don't need it.
- The top left (which is the smaller diameter one) goes to the fuel pressure regulator. This is also the same line that you can tee into for a boost/vac gauge.
- The top right (which is the LARGER diameter one) is connected directly to your BOV.

You are probably wondering why I didn't tell you to connect your wastegate to any of those lines. The reason is because YOU DON'T TEE YOUR WASTEGATE TO YOUR BOV!

Go to home depot or lowes and buy a threaded brass nipple with the same size as your vacuum lines.
Take your hotpipe off and drill a hole matching the diameter of the threaded end of the brass nipple.
TAP the hole using a pipe thread size tap. (you can get these at auto part stores)
Wrap the threaded end of the brass nipple with teflon tape
and last... thread it into your hotpipe and run a vac line as short as possible to your wastegate and BAM you are done.

Note. the bottom vac nipple on the throttle body could go to the charcoal canister, BUT you don't need that useless thing. just take it out like i did and save some weight. LOL!
