Ecommerce Customer Support & Sales, Automotive

We are a company specializing in automotive parts selling exclusively in the ecommerce space. We are seeking an entry-level sales/customer service representative to expand our ever growing team.

Since we work with automotive parts, most questions, either before or after the sale, will pertain to vehicle fitment and compatibility, as well as some technical support issues. Other questions including tracking down lost or misdirected packages, and offering shipping quotes. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other departments. Approximately 90% of the incoming customer service inquiries are handled exclusively over email.

We are looking for part or full time (20+ hours a week). High school graduate or above. Background check will be conducted.
