Pop ups wiring harness ???

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the Nissan world. anyways, I've got a Pignose hatch and my pop ups won't budge. I pulled my bumper and my harness look they were dragged through hell and back. So I was wondering if it's easier to just pull the harness completely and replace it, or just solder up what I can? because my parts car has 2 really nice headlight harness's I could take.

the engine room harness is pretty straight forward to remove. you will have to remove your fenders though. few plugs to undo under the dash, which you can reach with out pulling the dash. This can be done in about a hour if you are familiar with your s13.
