I am literally drooling over a set of S3 JWT cams. The duration is perfect- the overlap is perfect- and the lift is perfect. That is, the lift is nearly oem, so you can use oem springs... which is perfect for a daily driver that spends its time under 7,000rpm most of the time and just needs that duration to help with Volumetric efficiency around 5k-6k where the oem cams tend to restrict power.

Tomei Pon Cams and HKS Step 1 Cams are the EXACT same thing. Both are really really really awesome in combination with the GT2871r. These two should realistically be your only option if you want quick, easy, and reliable power.

Best bang for buck for reliability and ease of tuning and set-up is poncams. All mentioned are good choices but BC cams. They're not bad but have to time them in. I'd honestly go with the poncams if I were in your shoes. You will not be disappointed.

If you ever get a chance, listen to an OEM 1969 Z28 Camaro through OEM exhaust. the camshaft is radical, but the exhaust is OEM, quite a combination. |

Based on information and dyno's ive seen, S3's are better cams all around... I'm not saying that to take anything away from Tomei, but you'll see better results with JWT cams.
