I made this 32 led domelight. I don't know if it's worthy of being in this thread though. This is the only pic I have of it currently.
Oh and 8 led foot well lights. The driver's side is brighter because it aims down instead of accross. Last edited by fueled by hate; 09-29-2008 at 10:43 PM.. Reason: added to it |

with the sr I'd be more worried about the oil pan, if anything the front cross member will take the brunt of the road. not to sound like an ass but the same could be said for your shop russ. A for effort F for fail hopefully there isnt a next time ( judging by the people who think... rather know your service sucks.) ps: its not done

Figured I'd throw my two cents in here as well. Guys, the setup on that S14 is not 100% completed. As stated, we're going to be doing some air diversion and ducting. Russ, the radiator does not sit as low as it appears to the ground. There is actually quite a bit of space. Maybe DJButton was a bit premature to post the project less than 100% completion, but fear not, it'll all work just fine in the end.
As for me, I'll throw in a few dumb things I've done (or mostly done, my tig skills need to be honed a bit) during the build of my vert. A bracket to adapt the Greddy rail to the Greddy mani...who woulda thunk it. Hot pipe with the good ol Blitz DD A quick intake pipe. Currently upgraded with a Z32 maf Sorry, the rest is mainly bolt ons. |

jspec603: Wow. that looks great man. I really like that low lying hot pipe. Intake looks great.
fueledbyhate: Those led lights are always cool to see. To everyone else. I will not have any demotion, name calling, bickering, or fighting in my thread. Im sure barry will start pinking people who are brawling. Leave your demotions to the reviews thread, or via PM's. Thanks and great work everyone.

what did you use to bend the tubing? also, in curiousty for me, how much did you pay for your ls1, where did you get yours from and is the swap in general recommend a lot of custom work? i am starting to gauge interests in these motors. one more thing, have any more pics of that bad boy? EDIT: hehe missed the link to your build thread above. where would you recommend for a noob like me wanting to know alot about these motors to read up on? |

prothane inserts came in today. tossed those in and got to work finishing the engine mounts.
and for the first time.. everything is in and hanging by its own strength! also managed to get the clutch master mounted. looks almost stock. like i have said before, i am not a very good welder... wish i could have made the mounts look a little better. |

I finished up my radiator cooling panel. It isn't perfect, but it turned out better then I actually thought it would.
Next up is fabbing the piping for my EVO 8 FMIC I'm putting where the AC condenser usually goes.
